Rusty Roan Apparel & Accessories Policies:
1. We are located in Paradide Valley, Nevada. We are in the United States and any prices/price quotes are given in USD. International shipping is also typically around $60 for priority international shipping. Please message us before purchasing an item that needs to be shipped internationally.
2. Keep in mind with heavy use, friction, and/or rubbing cowhides can lose hair. Avoid over filling and constant rubbing on the hide to avoid balding. With heavy use it is not uncommon to have some hair loss over time. Cowhides are a natural product that came off of an animal some hides have brands and various small character marks.
3. All discounted and on sale bags are final sale no refunds or exchanges.
4. We do not offer refunds if you have a change of heart. We do offer exchanges for non-custom items. Our exchange policy is as follows.. You must ship the item back with in 3 days of receiving it and the item must be in perfect, unused condition.
5. If there is a flaw in your bag that is due to a construction issue on our part, we will repair it free of charge. If unrepairable, we will exchange the bag for a bag equal value.
6. All custom orders are final sales - no refunds or exchanges, payment is due at time of order on all customs. If you have not paid, your order is not placed.
7. If you make any changes to your custom order after it has been placed, there will be a minimum $50 charge for those changes.
